What are the opening hours of the salon?
We provide services from Monday to Friday from 07:00 AM to 09:00 PM, on Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Available dates are listed in the booking form.
Where can I order a mobile salon?
We provide services in Frýdek-Místek and its surroundings up to 20 km. Larger volume requests can be served in more distant areas.
I need to cancel my appointment. Will I get a refund?
You can get a full refund only if you cancel your booking at least 1 day before the scheduled appointment.
I have a health problem. Should I report it?
If you are undergoing treatment for any health problem (e.g. diabetes, leg ulcers, skin diseases), please inform us in advance.
Do I get anything for free during each visit?
During each visit, you can enjoy a free cup of freshly ground coffee, herbal tea, sparkling or still water served in glass.
How can I pay?

Today I visited this salon for the first time and I must say that I was really pleasantly surprised. I was already impressed by the beautiful, clean and modern space when I entered. Before the massage started, I was offered a drink, which is a small detail, but it makes me very happy. I had a 60-minute full body massage. The massage chair was heated, which is a big plus for me:-) The massage itself was very pleasant, professional, and since I do sports several times a week, it really helped me relax my stiff muscles. Overall, I felt well taken care of and I will definitely come back sometime and maybe consider other treatments offered, because as I see, the offer is huge. :) thank you masseuse and may the salon prosper!

I used the mobile pedicure service, which is a great advantage when you are on maternity leave, having a baby on your lap was no problem. Mrs. Krkoskova is a very empathetic and kind woman. I chose a classic wet pedicure and she did the job really precisely and quickly :) I can only recommend her.
